Q: Is it possible to view my web page before the DNS is resolving?

A: Yes, your web page is visible at the following url: http://<ip_address>/~<siteworxuser>/

    where <ip_address>    = is the IP address that the domain is assigned to and
              <siteworxuser> = is the Linux user assigned to your domain
                                         (normally the first 8 letters of the domain name, omitting punctuation and spelling out numbers).
